New Zed worse against AP matchups? Or am I missing something?

If Zed kills an enemy champion with his ultimate, he gains a % of their attack permanently. Which would be fairly strong against ADCs and other AD midlaners and non-tank AD jungles. But what about AP matchups or non-tank APs?

Not going to be much different tbh. Zed levels W last which means he only has 1 point in it until late game. His level 1 W only gives him +4% AD so you wont notice much difference until late in the game

We want him to feel like he has good matchups and bad matchups, so we’re tweaking his laning phase, and giving him added benefits for killing the right target with Death Mark.
