Urgot, Vel'Koz, Poppy, Brand, Fiddlesticks, Dr. Mundo, Galio, Kennen, Karthus, Miss Fortune, Taric, Yorick

Give them a buff or skins, give them something, because right now no body cares to play them

Urgot still needs a rework Vel'koz is fine. Poppy is up for a rework Brand doesn't need any buffs (does high damage, Rylai's+Liandry is broken on him) Fiddlesticks needs a rework too (too many issues, wins almost any duel, extremely difficult to deal with as melee champion, click fear) Dr. Mundo needs a mini-rework (something that doesn't require GW to deal with, then remove GW along with reworking other problem champions.) Galio is in a fine spot as well. Kennen is alright (Ult is still pretty ridiculous combined with Zhonyas) Karthus may need a rework Miss Fortune is getting bonus ad ratio on her ult (juggernaut patch wasn't nice to carries, so who knows if she needs more.) Taric is getting a rework (Is still fairly strong though: decent lane sustain, some shared ally tankiness, a click stun, 40 CDR and a champion to hit makes him extremely spammable, does decent damage.) Yorick also needs a rework.

This.

MF is getting ad scaling on her ult.

Jax could use some minor loving. He's bullied by almost every top champ in lane currently, except for like, Gangplank and Jarvan.

The juggernaut patches have been rough on Jax.

That, and they give him all this cool artwork but his model doesn't match it.

Vel is fine right now. MF is a lot stronger then people seem to realize. Taric is fine.
