How come Corrupting Potion doesn't trigger Time Warp Tonic when you use it inside the Base Nexus Pool even though you heal off it? Is this a bug or they removed it so you can't abuse the rune?
Doesn't the pool remove Corrupting Potion's buff? I'd imagine it'd also remove Time Warp tonic.
Corrupting potion doesn't work in fountain since it refreshes itself. It's to avoid just infinite spamming it then teleporting to lane with an infinite potion ticking. It isn't warp tonic.
Pretty much the above, same thing happens with hunter's and refillable.
