How come Corrupting Potion doesn't trigger Time Warp Tonic when you use it inside the Base Nexus Pool even though you heal off it? Is this a bug or they removed it so you can't abuse the rune?

bluefire mark 21 votesCorrupting potion doesn't work in fountain since it refreshes itself. It's to avoid just infinite spamming it then teleporting to lane with an infinite potion ticking. It isn't warp tonic.
