Does Celerity increase Bard's speed through his tunnels?

Been awhile since I've played Bard, but He & Allies do move moderately faster than Enemies that take the portal.

Since Celerity increases movement speed increases by 10%, I would assume it works for Bard's [E: Magical Journey] assuming the player is running the rune. In this case, it should also apply if Bard's Allies have Celerity as well.

No becasue movement speed doesnt effect you in portal.

Tested Far as i can tell it Looks about the same. May check with further test W friends in custom game later. Will update agian if I do.

nope, the portal movement speed is fixed afaik
