Does Shield and Heal Power Increase Morgana's Black Shield?

So I was wondering if shield and heal power increases Black Shield. Does anybody know?

Yes it does! HOWEVER!

As it is a spell sheild only it will not affect phisical damage, UNLESS you take Aire, cus then you get 2x sheild and both get the bonus.

Also, it adds to the healing done with athenes too.

Yes, Black Shield functions like any other damage shield in this way, so it's not a waste to build support items which grant healing and shield power.

Well, it's not as much of a waste. It's still pretty inefficient to build Forbidden Idol items because her shield is on such a long CD that she doesn't benefit from it as much as enchanters with full shields. Morgana is better off building item 3116 and item 3905 if you want to add utility to her.
