suggestion for phantom dancer
my suggestion is very simple.
why

and doesnt gives 5% passive ms?
@riot you should remove 5% from the 12% near champs passive and add to a permanent stat
so it would be
+45% attack speed +30% critical strike +5% movement speed
unique passive: 7% movement speed while near enemy champs unique passive: the other one its ok
what do u think riot?
