@riot the problem is not FQC the problem is that there is not other option for mages

think about it gives:

-10%cdr -150% mana regen (better than and ) -gold per sec -gold per champ hit -And a pretty good active

all of this for just 2k gold or more but not more than 3k gold like and specially

overall, mages just have no cheap option for mana regen and stupid ap item gold costs makes mages looks for some extra gold and mana regen something that FQC gives
