In order from the Best to the worse

for me is:

URF > KING PORO > ONE FOR ALL > SIEGE MODE > DEFINITELY NOT DOMINION > HEXAKILL > DOOM BOOTS > ASCENSION > NEMESIS DRAFT > 1V1 AND 2V2 ON HOWLING ABBYS.

Dominion would be best. Sadly, that hasn't shown up in the RGM queue yet, and DefNotDom is a far cry from original Dominion. Ascension would probably be my favorite of the RGM modes that have appeared so far.

Doom Bots, Nemesis Draft. Everything else is entirely too tryhard.
