idk who is all banned but i know teemo is and so is karthus i think but they should really be unbanned since people can just ban them if they dont want to play against them, pretty unfair that people who work super well in one for all like kaisa and brand are fine but teemo isnt.
AlienPrimate1 votesI think the reason Teemo is permabanned is because he could stall out games forever. All the Teemo team has to do is drop their shrooms in the middle of the lane and never leave tower.

to soak the shroom storm AND no Teemo runs AD, then it's a stall fest.
One the other hand, there's Karthus where...basically his ult. The end. And you could say "oh just buy 
." No. It does not work like that. You either build health and a ton of MR or you're gonna get wiped cause what's 2.5 seconds out of like 15 seconds of timed channeling.
JarodDempsey1 votesstill pretty dumb imo for both of them just build banner and stack mr, for teemo just buy oracles stack your banner minions and push a lane. With karthus even at max rank ult with like 750 ap assuming youre stacking mr, 3 ults will do like 825 and 5 ults will do like 1375 damage which wont even kill someone who doesnt stack any health, plus karthus is arguably the weakest champ to try ad which makes banner minions effectively immune to him.
