OK, Here's why we used to think >>Orianna<< was balanced and now we think she's OP.

TLDR; Stop telling people that she's balanced and instead present arguments/evidence that she's balanced.

Because this game changes drastically every 2 weeks, and slightly almost everyday. From patches to hotfixes to the player base adapting and increasing in skill.

So how about we stop with the "OH ME GAHRD PEOPLE CHANGED THEIR MINDS ABOUT SOMETHING".

If you have objections about the Orianna nerfs proposed then how about you back them up with actual arguments instead of just telling people that they didn't use to think she was broken.

People agreeing on something != Bandwagon People agreeing on something != Circlejerk

Yes, the champion you main may be broken, fucking deal with it.

She is balanced because she has clear defined counter play and is exceptionally hard to learn and be reasonably and consistently good at. Her counterplay is literally watch where her ball is at all times and you're perfectly fine. Orianna as a champion is not dangerous; Orianna's ball is. If you're watching her, you're honestly watching the wrong thing.

Furthermore, despite having a 15% play rate, her win rate is stagnating at a pathetically low 49%, a good deal lower than most of the other meta midlaners right now. This is proof to her high difficulty level as her play rate skyrocketed after the release of her amazing new skin but her win rate has actually drooped due to the amount of new Ori players trying her out.

So you're saying to me that you can pick Orianna up, right now, in a game with no experience on her, and win against someone who knows their champion inside and out because she's that easy? Sure, honey.

In a legit, non sarcastic answer, what is hard about her is the ability to track your own ball in teamfights while also watching your positioning, your team's positioning, and the enemy team's positioning. If you aren't paying attention to where you last left your main damaging tool in a teamfight, you won't be landing that mega ult that wombos the entire enemy team. Not to mention, where do you get the idea that she's the "safest" mage? She has no mobility and is fairly short range. Her only escape is her flash and her ult. If a fed anything gets on top of her when she doesn't have flash or ult, she's going to die. Not to mention, her Q is actually really easy to dodge and relatively hard to land.

so your saying shes hard because u need basic game knowledge of paying attention to fights which every champ in the game needs to know and If you don't know where the ball is you are tunnel visioned af

No, I'm saying she's hard because she has to keep track of her ball on top of doing "basic game knowledge." If she puts the ball on the wrong person or ults and wiffs it completely, she could lose an entire team fight for her team. And again, can you pick up Orianna and get a positive win rate on her in 10 games?

I argued with this bronze 5 mongoloid already, dont bother man. If he had any game knowledge he wouldnt be bronze 5 for 3 seasons in a row...

I'd stop even before that. What about a "hard to learn" champion concludes that they should be stronger.

Want to know what's really hard to learn? Idk, fucking AP Fiora which is evidently not the stronger version of the champion

This goes both ways. You ask for us to present arguments and evidence on why she's balanced, yet your argument/evidence consists of "she is broken, deal with it."

So, where is your evidence if I might ask? If you are asking for it from other people then surely you can provide some yourself.

Well, that's the trick, I didn't say she was broken or unbalanced, and this thread isn't even here to discuss that, it's just me telling people how not to defend their champions.
