Explain more.

What exactly are you looking for? Counterpicks? Playing against her in lane? Playing against her in the game (she's not laning against you)?

I'm usually playing as some midlane mage. She's usually a toplaner, but manages to pop up and wreck games, spray and kill everyone.

Ward up, and don't wander off alone. She's (typically) an assassin. Treat her like you would a Zed or Talon. If you don't see them, assume they are about to drop on you, and play safe.

She has basically no team fight potential, and her assassination pattern requires he to go into harms way (and it's also her only escape too)

Most importantly, DO NOT try and 1v1 her. Quinn is a duelist, a damn good one too. So unless your champion is also a top tier duelist, don't even think about it -- you'll just die.

build armor and don't fight her early. Ward up and she gets outscaled if she can't snowball.
