karthus jungle is broken if you know even a little bit about kiting. you can kite with him to have 90-100% health at all time. he farm so fast thats insane. make his Q do reduced damage to monsters.

Q cannot crit monsters but W applies the slow/shred.

Karthus R damage heavily nerfed something like ~~200\350\500(+60%AP)~~ --> 125/200/275(+32.5% AP) but increases as his %current HP falls; doubling at 0 hp (250/400/550 (+65%AP))

Thats what Riot shouldve done way back when he first started abusing the DH rework as a Jungler.
