If BOTRK is going to allow you to lifesteal based on the Passive
Then let us tank reduce the damage of the passive with Ninja Tabi
and let us reflect the passive damage with Thornmail!

In case you can't tell, Riot is purposefully promoting Tank-Killing items and abilities in lieu of just knee-capping tanks.
They don't already I just assumed they would. Doesn't this sort of fall under the burden of knowledge thing? Would help if these sort item interactions were more clear
