Wasn't he promised buffs in 9.5? I really wish one of my favorite champs was at least playable, he loses lane to everyone and gets outscaled, has trash damage, trash mobility, trash tankiness Riot needs to stop ignoring him
Canceled. Currently still assessing him. Makes sense since his kit is more volatile towards changes than his previous self that required several to do be decent. Turns out having all the damage on one spell that does even more bonus damage on top of cc is not a good idea sometimes.
He's still strong on pro play, no thanks
