Since Poppy rework will take too long, will you nerf her ult in the meantime?

Playing against Diplomatic Immunity is SO bad, especially since you basically can't help your teammate at all when she ults them. Please make this change to it if the Poppy rework is going to take a year or more.

Reduce the duration to 4 seconds, but Poppy increases its duration by 1 second each time she attacks her designated target, up to a cap.

This way, Poppy can't do that whole "mark one, attack another" bullshit, or her target can run away from her to make her waste it.
