This may change your mind, how is it that 1 item gives a champion with on hit affects SOOOO much damage. The CDR just synergizes well with OHE champs because they all have low cooldowns. Irelia, Jax, Ezreal, Ekko, Hecarim. I'm sure there are others... Keep saying it's the champ thats the problem and not the item. I could care less about winrates.

Oh here we go with this again, did you see IWdominates ekko game? He absolutely SMASHED the enemy team, he was unkillable and literally did damage out the ass. The CDR Triforce gives now is a HUGE problem cause it makes users of said item able to easily obtain 40% cdr when like i already stated casters already have low cooldowns.

But I've never complained about "OP" champs like Hecarim, Irelia, Jax etc cause I know that they are not the problem. Every time they get strong it revolves around recent buffs to their build. I may be Silver 3, but I'm not a complete idiot.
