Farm more, Pink Ward and clear wards more, and from both of the games you weren't present for the First Tower.

I'm going to go on a branch here and assume you're extremely opportunistic. Your high KDA but low Damage dealt and gold stats imply to me that you sweep in on situations you're already winning, but you don't actually force things to happen that aren't Barons or Dragons. If you can maintain your KDA while keeping up farm and forwarding aggressive plays, you get your S+.

TL;DR Kills dont will games, especially killsteal(secure)s.

It is based on comparing your performance to other people with the same champion, MMR, and lane.

Some of the factors involved are not well understood, but objectives, teamwork and gold earned seem to matter a lot more than kills (and they should).

TL;DR. People don't know what advice they are giving you so let me give you the real advice.

Play better than the players in your region. There is nothing specific about that and nor can anyone give you anything specific. Getting an S means you were compared to and played better than x percent players in your region with that champion in that particular role.

I want to say that A+ and S aren't so far apart (I know there's S-). My guess is when your game lasted 29 minutes (versus 19), you are expected to do more with those 10 minutes. Like your cs increase rate in those 10 minutes should be higher, more warding/destroying wards (you destroyed one ward with that upgraded sweeper...), objective control/participation, etc. I don't think your dmg dealt being lower than your teammates is an issue as you are a tank. My suggestion would be improving your cs, so farm minions as well as jungle monsters in mid-late game.
