Cloud drake should give a shield

What if cloud drake passive effect was a shield that protect you for 110/210/310 hp flat health or 5%/7%/11% base health will regen after 25 sec out of combat.

or just make it like ocean and give MS when you haven't taken damage from an enemy champ would make it really good probably on par with ocean tbh

The movement speed fix on it would be nice but tbh it doesnt create much impacted to the game compared to what a shield would do for a team fight.

Changing the buff so that it only turn off when an enemy does damage to you would be great but in honesty this buff was made for the pros. You can utilise the speed to capture objective and that require communication but a majority of the league community does not have that so the buff cant be utilise to the fullest.

That why making it a shield wouldd be better because it is everyone can utilise it and it buff support with shields and items that grant shields

shields are already OP in the game imagine assassins they are already tough to kill in most situations with free hp its ridiculous the shield would be better than infernal drakes

Sustain in the game has always been a problem and this would only make it worse especially since Ocean already gives health regen out of combat basically with a shield you would double the effect if you have both the shield and ocean drakes

Scaling it with % of hp would make tanks op and you would see more assassins just build tanky

Instead of just a flat shield what if it was something like 70/140/210+ maybe 5% of base HP

Shield would undermine the health that ocean gives. But I think one option is it should give some kind of cc effect instead, I still haven't really found cloud to be worthwhile even after they buffed it. Maybe like "basic attacks and abilities steal 3% movement speed" or something like that, then people would really fight for it.
