RIP Ekko

Ekko, the Boy Who Shattered Time.

He was the first champ that was released after I started playing (shortly after the bard release). I was so excited I ended up buying him with RP instead of waiting and buying him with IP. He was probably the most fun champ I have played.

Then Tank Ekko came around, and I new my favourtie champ was in danger. The only assassin I enjoyed and could actually play, was in danger of being banished to the shadow realm. I was one that stuck with the AP builds when ever I could. I have like one tank ekko game under my belt, and let me tell you, it was the most miserable thing on the planet. I won the game, but after about 30 minutes, I became useless, and I did no damage.

The thing that makes ekko fun and a unique assassin is not his healing on his ult, it's the fact that he's the only assassin that is able to have an impact in teamfights, and still be able to function as a team fighter, while still also maintaining the ability to nuke the enemy carries. Unlike playing LeBlanc or Zed, where once you blow your combo, you're pretty much a back line fighter with no range. Ekko gives you the ability to feel like you're still doing something.

Tank Ekko has killed my favourite champion, hopefully this rework will bring him back.

I just had a pentakill against doom bots. I think Ekko has enough damage. You don't have to build AP.

Ap ekko still exist idk why u complaining, if you play him well he still nukes ppl with ap easily.

Tank ekko is strong if you dont feed in lane, tri force - sunfire cape - spirit vis - zhonya - idk be creative and BOOM you do dmg + tank loool idk what you are talking abt not having dmg as tank ekko. Not broken but still strong =) and there r alot of counter to him at top :D so tank ekko is good but not broken same goes to ap ekko.
