All changes to Azir change what makes Azir, Azir. Removing his Shuffle, makes him no different from any other mage and then your ult becomes a defensive tool rather than having flexability. The second proposed change is to reduce his range, and increase his tankiness. Now this is a less shitty change, but you then lose any poke and you have very little back line reach. You have to suicide to be able to get to the back.

It means that he has to stay in the fight for several seconds to be useful. He can't just blow a bunch of cooldowns and get out, wait for them to come up and do it all over again. His core gameplay makes him extremely lethal to play. Matched with the fact that he can't build tanky into the mid game due to his extremely demanding itemization of

Giving Azir more natural tankiness while also nerfing the ease of pulling off a Shurima Shuffle might put him in a place where he's both balanced for competitive and relatively balanced in ranked play. I think if they nerf the range of his Q while he's dashing with E, it'll keep him fairly mobile while not letting his playmaking ability run out of control.

So if you want him to ever be good again, he needs some kind of rework. Something that makes him viable and healthy to play as and against, is something EVERY player in the game should want.

Azir (in the futurue), Syndra..she was already amazing but the recent buffs were...a completely overly done, leblanc, also...she now has higher burst but only for a 1 second difference.. And anything is 'op' if you master the champion...it's not just oh wow, that guy is playing really well! What a broken champion! Riot, we need a nerf, then people say, oh look, hes broken now, or, he is garbage now..people don't understand what 'broken' or Op' really means, its just a term that people throw around when they can't beat a certain champion in the game a couple times...Azir is fine the way he is..late game hes amazing, early game is the time to shut him down, why can't people see this and realize, oh..if we gank him..he can't do anything late game except use his ult for a team-positioning shift. If you don't like that even though he can be shut down early but nobody cares and does nothing like pressuring lanes like they should, well then..change his ult, his kit, make him a new champion, remove the current name, because that's what people are making riot do indirectly, forcing them to change a perfectly balanced champion that has one of the weakest early game phases, into something 'tanky' or god forbid, 'immobile'...just dont change him...hes fine the way he is...people just complain about everything..and if i said i don't play azir...people will throw shade and say 'You don't even play him, scrub you don't know how good/bad he is!' and seriously, A CHAMPION IS ONLY AS GOOD AS THE ONE PLAYING THEM, if you're bad at him, he will suck...it's common logic for gods sake..people have a hard time to realize this? is easily still in the top champs for mid. the trick is you have to lose a lot before you will finally start winning with him. In the right hands he can be an easy game changer, especially late game. Those who disagree just haven't seen a good in awhile. I do not think they should rework it is complete Bull Shit , and for those who say he is trash tier or garbage how bout you look up his tier and see what tier he actually is. I'm fine with him being all super nerfed because if he wasn't it would be unfair because his kit is pretty op. A change, the one they are talking about, would ruin him so please Riot don't do it, the actual players are tired of you messing with him I would rather have him out of meta then in meta.
