Jg changes

So riots goal was to force junglers to gank later and with lower health, but honestly what most people are doing now is just doing red and going straight to blue (or vice versa) and ganking at lvl 2/3 with full HP, skipping the other camps entirely. Lee sin in particular is getting away with this very well. People don't expect ganks that early so its usually successful and it comes early enough that most laners are still lvl 2 depending on how the lane is going.

SO, that being said, how much further is riot going to butcher the jungler once this lvl 3 gank start becomes the norm? Are they going to nerf buff camps next? At this rate you mind as well just delete the jungle entirely if your only answer is to nerf the jg as a whole instead of just address the champions that abused it the most like you should have from the very start.
