Honestly, in diamond I'll probably still ban him because his early game damage is actually pretty ridiculous. I'm suprised people complain about yasuo's early game when champs like fiora and master yi have more damage early and scale about as good as yasuo.
The buff helps him clear, but they buffed jg camps too so...
I think these buffs are inaccessible to those in low Elo.
They probably couldn't handle the AA reset on Meditate to begin with, so they'll probably be doing even worse by baiting themselves into using Meditate at bad moments to try and pause durations / gain Double-Strike stacks.
