Not going to say they arnt a problem, because diving fighters are a problem especially, but buy 
. People seem to have forgotten that this item was buffed a few patches ago that reverted its old nerfs. I know champ.gg or mobafire tells you to build 
instead of , but please just stop doing it. Blade is so much better vs champs that stack HP.
BoRK vs champions like Sion/Sej/Maokai is good but vs the current mass of bruisers like Vi/Shyv/Hecarim/Zac it's better to stick with BT and crit since it's more about sustain and less about doing more %HP damage to them. Also, BoRK has terrible range (just made a post about this) so it's not as reliable vs champions that have gap close. Overall I still think its too expensive for how little it provides.
ADCs only know how to right click though, there's no way that can use an item with an active effect.

Lol the practical posts that actually make sense rarely ever get upvoted. You're better off posting on reddit dude (unfortunately).
The only issue is for a lot of adcs that leaves them with rather low AD, as the build would be

Of course it has synergy with Hurricane (see Kalista) but the issue is whether or not they could blow up other squishies, because if you can't really kill bruisers because you have no GA and you can't kill squishies because you have very little raw AD, you're pretty useless.
