But that is not to say you can not load you die in your favor.

The average player will have a 6 sided die with numbers 1 through 6. 1 being a really bad performance and 6 being an extremely good performance in any given match.

Better players will have their die loaded with higher numbers like a 2, 3 , 3, 5, 5 and 6

Worse players will have their die loaded against them with numbers like 1, 1, 2, 4, 4 and 5

On any given roll of the 2 dice the higher or lower skilled player can win. However it is far more likely for the higher skilled player to win.

Each player on a team has their own loaded dice The total of of all the dice for each team determines the games outcome. The team with a 1, 3 ,4 ,4 and 6 will be the team with 2, 2, 2, 3 and 4 even though the winning team has the worst preforming player overall.

You as a player can not do anything to change the numbers of your teams mates dice. #HOWEVER you can do things to improve the numbers on your own die.

Say a player who has been trapped in bronze 5 for years manages to figure something out that changes their numbers form 1, 1 ,2, 3, 3 and 4 to 1, 1, 3, 3, 4 and 5

That is only a 2 becoming a 5 but it is improving the likelihood of this player winning.

You can blame your team all you want but in the end you will win some games and lose some games. The only thing you can control is how consistently good or bad you play.

I agree with this almost completely, but I will say that there are small things you can do to slightly increase your teammates performance, like encouraging them to stay positive when they start to tilt.
