#Nunu and Willump Nunu

Innate - Snow Day:

While in battle, Nunu passively throws snowballs at nearby enemies, prioritizing the unit Willump last attacked or the nearest unit.
Instead of having a Growth Stat, however, he attacks quicker the closer he is to the target.
Enemy champions can intercept snowballs.

  • Nunu gains up to +30% Attack Speed depending on how close he is to the target.
  • Snowballs deal 4 (+1 per level) (+3% AP) magic damage.
  • He has 500 Attack Range.
  • He has to wait 1.5 seconds between switching targets.

Q - Snow Crush:

Willump smashes his fists into the ground in a target direction in front of him, dealing magic damage to enemies hit.
Enemies with impaired movement receive bonus damage and are briefly silenced.

  • The form is similar to Gnar's 'Wallop', however a bit shorter and a bit wider. It goes half around Willump in a half-circle, but is linear on the sides and at the front. The cast indicator would look a bit like Braum's shield cast.
  • Deals 85/115/145/175/205 (+30% AP) (+3/4/5/6/7% bonus Health) magic damage.
  • Units with impaired Movement of any kind take 30% more damage [110.5/149.5/188.5/227.5/266.5 (+39% AP) (+3.9/5.2/6.5/7.8/9.1% bonus Health)] and are silenced for 0.5 seconds.
  • Costs 120/115/110/105/100 Mana.
  • Has a 12 second cooldown.
  • Upgrading it ...
    • Mana Cost : --
    • Damage : +
    • HP scaling : +

W - Blood Boil/ Frost Jaw:

Passive:
Every 3 Spellcasts, on Willump's next basic he bites his enemy instead, restoring Health. Depending on which ability is active, the bite grants bonus effects.

Toggle:
Blood Boil
Passive: Willump gains bonus Movement Speed.
Biting an enemy grants him and nearby allied champions bonus Movement and Attack Speed for a few seconds.

Frost Maw
Passive: Willump gains bonus Ability Power.
Biting an enemy slows the target for a few seconds and restores Mana to him and nearby allies.

  • Bites heal for 26/49/72/95/118 (+3% bonus mana) Health.
  • Blood Boil does ...
    • +5% Movement Speed passively.
    • Biting grants him and others in 750 Range +7/9/11/13/15% Movement and 26/32/38/44/50% Attack Speed decaying over 2.5 seconds
    • Basic attacks prolong the duration by 1 second up to two times.
  • Frost Maw does ...
    • +19/28/37/46/55 Ability Power passively
    • Biting slows the target's Movement Speed by 20% for 2 seconds and restores 25 (+3% of Nunu's maximum Mana) Mana to him and allied champions in 1100 range.
  • 5 seconds cooldown between toggling.
    • Toggling does not count as Spellcast for the passive effect.
  • No Mana Cost.
  • Upgrading it ...
    • HP restoration : +
    • MS and AS burst : +
    • AP : +

E - Ice blast:

Willump throws a chunk of Ice at a target unit, dealing magic damage and slowing the unit's Movement and Attack Speed for a duration.

  • Deals 80/120/160/200/240 (+75% Ability Power) magic damage on-hit.
  • Slows the target's Movement Speed by 45% and Attack Speed by 25% for 1.25/1.75/2.25/2.75/3.25 seconds
  • Costs 85 Mana
  • Has a 7 seconds cooldown.
  • Upgrading it ...
    • Damage : +
    • Slow duration : +

R - Absolute Zero:

Willump starts to channel for up to 3 seconds and saps the area around him of heat, sapping the Health off of and slowing the Movement Speed of enemies within. At two intervals he draws nearby enemies a short distance towards him; at the third interval he ends his channel, massively slowing all enemies within the area.

  • Intervals are at ...
    • (The channel cannot be canceled until 0.5 seconds by any means)
      • An animation would show this. The slow alone would be present, but Nunu wouldn't be rooted (you can still walk for 0.5 seconds), nor the field visible.
    • 1.25 seconds: He draws in all nearby enemies 250 units.
    • 2.25 seconds: He draws in all nearby enemies 300 units.
      • These do not interrupt channels.
    • 3 seconds: He ends the channel and slows enemies' Movement Speed by 99% for 2 seconds.
      - The intervals would have to have a visual notification to clarify the occurrence. Three loading bars next to Nunu would load up along the X³- / Z-axis. The first loading sky blue, the second light blue and third white while each additional one loads faster and with a slight steam effect. Once one is fully loaded he draws enemies in. Then the next bar starts to load.
  • After 0.5 seconds and once Nunu mayn't move, Nunu saps enemies of 9/12/15% (+1% per 200 Ability Power) of their maximum Health each second (magic damage) and heals himself for the damage dealt after reduction. - This amounts to a total of 22.5/30/37.5% (+1% per 80 Ability Power) Health sapped over the duration.
  • Enemies within the area have 50% reduced Movement Speed.
    • If the channel is interrupted they have 50% reduced Movement Speed for 2 seconds.
  • The area has 675 range.
  • Costs 100/125/150 Mana.
  • Has a 120/105/90 seconds cooldown.
  • Upgrading it ...
    • Damage : +
    • Mana Cost : +
    • Cooldown : --

Welp, that's it. Thanks for reading and I hoped you liked it.
I'd really enjoy feedback and discussions in the comments, but otherwise that will be all.

Thanks again,

Jack.

Ah, p.s. : Of course his stats would have to be adjusted and the numbers are only rough suggestions (though stuff like level scaling I do think should be this way).

TBH i think Nunu only needs a visual rework (they both look like paper made) and maybe a few changes on his W and ult, specially his ult, cause you rarely can hit the enemies with a fully charged ult.

In my opinion he doesn't needs a full rework, a VU helps him a lot, but my real concerns are about his passive. He needs a new one maybe something about the neutral monster jungle that he tastes. Combine his actual q and his passive in a completely new passive and open a new Q that affects all kind of enemies but depending of his passive he gains a different passive, For me Nunu is the to go jungle for the newbies (Warwick need a rework with a more complex and funny moveset). So he needs to be reworked in a jungle that have a very good control of neutral objectives, good sustain, early ganks and simple kit to help the new people how to jungle. His actual is very near to this but his passive could be better(maybe added as part of his Q, he refunds 50% mana if he kills the unit)

At the 55 second mark in the new rework trailer, Willump is shown rolling a giant snowball into the opposing brand. You give no mention of a giant rolling snowball in these ability descriptions....
