Revert spear to the Nexus Blitz version with lowered AD

I loved it, it was great, now it's just an item for jax and riven.

Nexus blitz version worked for all ad fighter class champs. It made sense in their builds and made sense with their roles as front liners

Now it's just "Well there's a cdr cap that you've hit so lets remove the cdr cap for you only"

the onyl way to balance this item in its current state is to FORCE champs like riven or jax to buy it by nerfing their cooldowns, which would in turn fuck with build diversity

reversion of this item would create a good defensive bruiser item that makes sense.

Can we not give champions that tend to already fuck DPS champions even more anti-DPS?

It's hard enough to deal with a Xin dashing to me and killing me even if he 1v5s. Let's not also make ADCs who aren't MF Draven or Jhin unable to damage him.

And abuse on assassins would be insane - now you get AD and get to survive basically anything botlane throws at you!

the champions in question already stack five AD items, they'd basically be losing either a ghostblade or a death's dance which means they'd actually be less tanky by the standards of sustain...

also I mean, that issue is with ADC players and that's it, your supports should be next to you and pumping you with ardent juice, you shouldn't build the same exact build every game.. if the guy with 4k hp and a randuins is charging you and you went the stormrazor and 100% crit build it's not really a game design issue now is it when the Botrk+Cleaver+Mortal reminder build still exists for adcs

or Ashe cause she can ult and crit them to death or Caitlyn cause she can net-trap kill them to death or Ezreal because he can kite-it-out or Jinx because she can W>E>AA>R them Or Kaisa Because she's a monster or Kalista Because she can kite anything or KogMaw Because his support is next to him with ardent juice or Lucian Because he's fucking lucian and lucian doesn't afraid of any Or Quinn because she has base resists and counters shit like xin with her blind and disengage or Vayne because condemn

So in other words Xayah Tristana Varus have issues with these champs and the rest can do it fine

even the meme adc builds like Thresh Lulu are totally fine into a xin

It's based on bonus ad, assassins have less AD per item slot, they'd have to sacrifice cleaver or GA/Scimitar slot for this and it's not worth it on assassins

second bot lane isn't JUST an adc, I know adc mains don't realize their support is a player and not just an assortment of buffs and heals that randomly pop on them, but supports are other players, and support players have a billion answers both in champ roster and itemization choices Leona Taric Soraka Nami Lulu Sona Nautilus
