can you please not nerf the cdr on forbidden idol. early cdr was already heavily nerfed after runes reforged released and none of the other intermediate cdr items are being nerfed (
) because cdr doesnt need nerfing. Especially not the primary item for enchanters since they need cdr more than like every other class in early game.

And only if you dont consider the true damage on crit at all which suppliments the lost damage if you do use that then the lost aproximately 5% versus champions with less than 130 armor but Infinity edge got 10 more ad. and adcs lost base ad pre 6 and get more ad then before at and after 6. which negates the damage drop versus champions at less than 130 armor.
