Like most tanks, can we put tahm kenchs power in his scaling and not his base dmg? Pls and ty

Tahminatrix 1 votesOr put more power into pure defensive stats, we don't need to give tanks another reason to build damage items, lower base damage by a slight bit.
Yes good base damage is annoying to deal with and a big reason why pure tanks are functional, but do you really want a full ap amumu to be able to 1v5 while the full tank amumu cant even duel?
