How do I React to Getting Zoned (As an ADC and By Yourself)?

So I'm still a relatively new player to the game, having played for almost 4 months by now, and I've run into an incredibly irritating, and effective method called Zoning. Now, I'm not entirely sure if I'm using the correct term, but when my lane opponents do this, they basically revoke me from being able to farm safely, or being able to farm and trade evenly. I've asked other people before about how to act in these situations and most of them have said something along the lines of either "Ask for Jungle help," or "Wait for them to make a mistake"/"Stop zoning," the very last option for when they are not doing it on purpose. Since I've actually done each of these methods at least once (Although mostly I ask for jungle help over the other two, as it is more convenient), my question is actually more along the lines of what I should do when my jungler refuses to come and help me, and/or comes to help me after I've died, or when I just respawn (As asking for jungle help is once again, my go-to option on countering this method). I'm not sure how common this type of scenario occurs, but for me, it happens surprisingly often, as my main adc champion is Vayne, who I'm sure a lot of you know does not have a fantastic early game, and is quite easy to revoke cs from. Also, I will include one of my recent scenarios where I got revoked from farming, and where my jungler did not help me.

Example: I was playing as Vayne with a Jax jungle, and Bard support. I was premade with the Bard, and I knew he was new to him champion, as he's only played him only twice before. My lane opponents were a Braum and an Ashe. Also, immediately once the game started, our top laner declared to us he was going to intentionally feed. So the first thing that happened during the game was that we went to leash our jungler at krugs. The only problem was, my support accidentally took the big krug. So after that he went to leash him at red. Now after this, I believe he roamed for his chimes for a few minutes. I don't recall how long he was gone exactly, but all I know is that he was gone long enough for the bot lane to be level 3 before he came back at level 1. And to clarify, he came back after the bot lane tower dove me and killed me for first blood. By the time I returned to lane, I had 4 cs to the Ashe's 26. At this point I pinged for help so that Jax would gank. He did not come until we were around level 5, which by then I had 19 cs to Ashe's 44. After that I believe he only ganked once more while I was alive. Both times I got one assist. At level 8, I believe my Bard left bot lane to roam for chimes again, and this time I don't believe he came back, and instead went to other lanes to help there. I remember this part because as he was grabbing his chime by dragon, I got tower dived again, and died. I also lost my tower. The entire time up to this point, every time I went to farm, the Ashe and Braum would attack me with his Q, and her W & auto attacks. I believe I stay in lane until around 25 minutes, trying to farm, but Ashe and Braum stayed there the entire time. At this point, Jax has started to camp top because he didn't actually believe our top laner was purposely feeding, until he went with him under the tower because he thought he was diving, and they both died. After that he farmed until I died to Ashe, and then came to kill her. Basically throughout the rest of the game, I just joined teamfights to try and contribute, and Ashe continued to go bot lane, though Braum joined the team, as our top laner ended up feeding the enemy top, and mid 3 kills so they'd be able to go mid lane and crush my winning mid, and they ended up not really needing her. Additionally, our top laner had started to afk after he was done feeding our enemies to the point they could overwhelm anyone on our team. When I had first left bot lane, I was behind her by over 80 cs. Even at the end of the game, I could not fight her at all, as her RW combo instantly killed me, with one or two auto attacks in between while I was stunned. In addition, I was so far behind that I had only completed my IE, RFC, and Tier 2 boots by the end of the game, while she had 5 completed items, and was a good 150 cs above me, granted I barely broke 100 cs that game.

Now I know this sounds pretty much like me whining and complaining, and truth be told, I could see it as that too, but I hope you can look past that, and perhaps try to include some tips for me to be able to improve, and act correctly in situations like these, as I would love to be able to enjoy the game more, and not get salty over my opponent actually knowing how to put me behind, and not view them as a dirty bastard doing cheap tricks, and being unfair, when realistically it's just me succumbing to the salt when I lose to an effective strategy.

Thank you for your time in reading this long post, and most likely irritating post, because it probably looks more like venting than anything, and I hope you can provide me with some help :).

best way to avoid getting zoned from farming is to freeze the lane where you want it. takes practice but there are some good videos on youtube about wave control that you can watch to sort of learn what i'm talking about.

the general idea is that if you only last hit the minions at the last possible second, the wave stays where you want it, so you can farm safely.

check this out and maybe research a bit on wave control if you want to learn more

As far as not dying goes that can only happen once you are experienced enough to know how far back is safe enough, so that should just improve over time hopefully. One nice trick when getting zoned though is to go so far out of sight (especially if your support is dead/roaming) that they think you've backed. Usually they will start pushing and back themselves. You can then attempt to freeze like the other person suggested before it reaches your tower.
