A question about Predator

If Predator is used, and an AoE spell is being casted with its effect (such as Karthus Sion Gragas ultimates), does it proc on everyone, or only one target ?

I believe it's like Luden's Echo. I don't know how it decides which target gets it, but only one will be hit by the effect.

Most of the time It will hit one with the lowest HP. Everyone else will be unaffected.

I tried Predator Karthus in ARAM. its so broken with him. Predator + cheap shot + eye balls + ulti hunter + p. mind + coup de grace or last stand

Presence of mind really broken on aram on AP champions. I wonder why more people aint taking it. (and im kinda happy about that)

Only the first target hit.

Even if the spell hits enemies simultaneously (on the same frame) it's not actually simultaneously. When the frame is processed the targets are resolved one at a time. When the first target is damaged, the Predator buff is consumed immediately so that damage dealt later in the same frame will not proc it.

From our perception as players, everything in the frame appears to happen simultaneously because the game state is updated all at once after the frame is processed, but in reality the frame is a list of things that get resolved one at a time which results in the updated game state at the end of the frame.
