How many months do I have to deal with Jhin having 600 MS after each AA ?

Seriously what the fuck did Riot ever think buy releasing ? This is so fun to get "poked" under your tower, aka Jhin coming under, hitting an aa taking 60% of your HP, running away before the tower can even start attacking. Seriously this champ weakness is to have a guaranteed crit on his 4th shot + a movement speed buff, not to have it on every fucking AA

I guarantee it soon will also become an AD item making you immune to tower shots / disabling towers for a short duration, heck they'll fucking release a champion that can hit the Nexus from level 1. You done fucking up your game Riot ?

Literally, he wouldn’t get that 600 MS after every shot, if storm razor didn’t exist..

Jhins glaring weakness is that he can not sustain fight early, he loses to just about any fight that takes more than 3 auto attacks.

If you cant abuse this though, he will steamroll later.

It is Storm Razor. Before SR was added, practically NO ONE complained about Jhin being overpowered and being a monster.

As soon as SR came out, and realize what it does for Jhin, now everyone is complaining that he’s broken busted, when it’s only Storm Razor that’s causing him to be busted

Alright. As a Jhin main, here are my thoughts on this matter

Rageblade + Jhin was only broken due to the fact of a bugged interaction between his passive and Rageblade passive, which was unintentional.
IMO, tunes don’t make Jhin broken. You could take Dark Harvest, Electrocute, Fleet Footwork, Hail of Blades or practically any runs on him, and he’ll still do damage. So in my opinion, runes aren’t necessarily making him busted
I agree, Jhin’s MS should be toned down per crit.
Jhin is part of the problem, but not the main part. Storm Razor is. Before Storm Razor, Jhin could only crit on his 4th shot, unless he had crit items which only gave him a chance to crit and get his MS. Now, after the addition of Storm Razor, if he waits between shots he can crit repeatedly over and over and get tons of MS. IMO, while Jhin is also to be blamed in a certain way, Storm Razor is the main culprit as to why Jhin is busted
People complain about Jhin’s AA range, but it’s literally only because of RFC. Meanwhile, other ADC’s like Caitlyn have a farther AA range than him, even without RFC. So...
I’ve noticed how before Storm Razor was added into the game, practically no one thought that Jhin was broken or busted. Sure, there may have been the occasional post about him but nothing else really. Now, with Storm Razor added, and people discovering the potential of Storm Razor on Jhin, everyone is complaining about how “Jhin is so broken,” when literally it’s only because of Storm Razor...

Those are just some of my thoughts on the matter, and you don’t have to agree with them

They said Stormrazor was designed for Jhin - explicitly.

Riot didn't fuck up. They knew what they were doing and just wanted favoritism Jhin is not the issue - stormrazor is. Not only was designed specifically for Jhin but Riot "I WANT MUH ASSASSINS" has Stormrazor as a unhealthy item that allows deletes on everyone.

It's not that he's comoletely annoying with 600 ms. It's the fact his 600 ms get's converted into AD through celerity. Although, that kind of high mobility makes telegraphed spells inefficient when trying to catch him. >_>
