How much CDR should you get on Katarina and Yasuo?

I get 5% from masteries and another 15% from scale glyphs. 20% @ lv18.

Should I opt for more or less?

And Yasuo as well, I guess it's 0% unless you happen to get Youmuu.

Katarina doesn't need any CDR as her passive resets cooldowns by 15 on assist/kill. Yasuo Q cooldown scales with attack speed.

Katarina has a full reset of QWE and 1/3rd of R, making cooldown reduction useless for her. Yasuo has 2 skills (QE) that do not scale with CDR at all, making cdr a very poor buy.

You don't need any. Playing Kat well will keep your abilities off CD and Yauso's q gets lower cooldown with attack speed if i remember correctly. Plus, you should be taking MR glyphs if you plan on going mid.
