@Riot, before you gut Ryze, read this.

Changes on PBE:

-Spell Flux (E) Damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 70/90/110/130/150 [New] Spell Flux now only deals 50% damage upon spreading. -Realm Warp (R) Cooldown increased from 120 to 180

Reason cited:

Ryze particularly challenging given how stark his discrepancy between regular performance and pro performance already is.

The discrepancy between normal and pro play has nothing to do with his wave clear. Revert the E nerfs.

His ult is where the discrepancy lies, but it is a fun ultimate with a lot of creative uses. Instead of forcing the cooldown to almost Karthus levels (an ultimate that is useful every single cast no matter what), hit it where it matters.

Change the tooltip from:

ACTIVE: Ryze opens a portal on the ground at his current location and begins channeling. If Ryze successfully channels for 2 seconds, all allied units within the portal blink to the target location and very briefly become untargetable. Realm Warp can affect untargetable allies.

To:

ACTIVE: Ryze opens a portal on the ground at his current location and begins channeling. If Ryze successfully channels for 2 seconds, all allied _champions _within the portal blink to the target location and very briefly become untargetable. Realm Warp can affect untargetable allies.

In professional play, Ryze is able to warp up minions/Rift Herald closer to key objectives to greatly speed up pushing. This tactic can't really be used in normal play, as the communication and common knowledge don't allow it to. This nerf would only affect pro play and properly reduce the power of his ultimate outside of a bandage cooldown nerf.

i feel like ryze and azir are both in such a tough spot rn, both are used very often in professional play and those who use them are very good with them, but everyone else just seems to be left with nothing
