Can we fix the Role Selection before anything else?? It is seriously broken.

I don't know why this is still an issue. PRIMARY ROLES DO NOT TAKE PRIORITY OVER SECONDARY ROLES OR AUTOFILL WHEN BUILDING A TEAM.

I'm not saying you don't get your primary more than your secondary etc. Just that the actual role that you are given is completely random and has nothing to do with the priority you picked for it relative to other players.

Example 1: You primary Mid, secondary Top. Another player primary Top, secondary Mid. You can both get your secondary. Why? Nobody knows!

Example 2: You primary Mid, secondary Top. You can get autofilled to ADC/Support, and another player (including an ADC main) can get autofilled Mid. Why? Nobody knows!

Example 3: Player A primary Mid, secondary Top. Player B primary Mid, secondary ADC. Player C primary Top, secondary Mid.

Player A can get autofilled, while Player C goes Mid, and Player B gets autofilled Top.

It just makes no sense.

The longer you're sitting in queue, the more likely you are to get your secondary. Likewise, if there's a pre-made, they're probably more likely to get their primaries and you're filling in around them, dumb as that sounds sometimes. If you're sitting in queue for less than a minute and getting your secondary more than your primary, then it's either bad luck on your part, proof of the role order meaning nothing, or you're taking support as a secondary. Also, in case you never read the notes for the changes to the 2017 ranked season, you'll be able to opt out of a role(presumably for fill/auto-fill scenarios).

Does the RNG suck sometimes? Sure. But I'll still take the way it is now over the anxiety filled "I called X first!" fiesta that was draft mode last year.

Role selection you say? That ...thing... we had before they removed Normal Draft...?
