Yasuo Question

Why is he always on the forums and banned in the game? He can be good don't get me wrong but he's just 1 of 133 champions. So why all the fuss over him? I think he's balanced other think he's weak wanna buff his early game......(< slap that guy) another thinks he needs nerfs and suggest his shield and wind wall block all autos (<-- that one doesn't know what nerf is, and got hit by the stupid stick to much) another thinks he should be considered an easy champ to master.... (<--- nice bronze tan lines he has) Then theres me who wants a clip media art added to the launcher where I can press play and just watch yasuo chill and play his flute for awhile from time to time. In fact its the only reason I rarely play him is for that.

So back to the point, Why you people obessed with him so much?

Most popular champion,spammed in almost every game,lacks counterplay and one of the most annoying to play against.

I think it's mostly because of his popularity. Many players say his laning phase is busted as hell but there are many other champions who very annoying to lane against. I believe that if Yasuo wasn't so popular he wouldn't be seen on the boards as much, but since many people play him players just get tired of it.

I don't really care for Yasuo too much but I think the things people say about him are blown out of proportion. He is in a balanced state right now, if anything his early game is a tad too strong but thats it.

[1] He tends to attract toxic players due to his play-style (high skill-cap, mobile, flashy) who are prone to tilting/raging with little provocation.

[2] He tends to be rather feast or famine (snowballing or feeding heavily) due to his lack of ranged waveclear or farming abilities

[3] He is rather annoying to play against (high mobility, heavy scaling, strong duelist)

[4] Windwall is capable of blocking massive amounts of damage and CC. Also, few marksmen are capable of attacking through it, forcing them to reposition or be useless.

[5] Many players one-trick Yasuo and banning him is a great way to put them at a disadvantage from champion select.

[6] He is very popular. Even if you don't mind playing with/against him, you occasionally want some variety.
