Playing with unranked players at Gold 1?

Judging by most of the unranked players in the games that I've seen, the difference is quiet staggering. And it is not fair for players in gold. The actual first-timers should be playing placements no higher than in silver. If someone actually has the stuff to be in higher mmr games, being in silver elo shouldn't be a problem, right? Meanwhile, it's not fun when g3-g1 enemies abuse the fact, that our adc is an unranked first-timer.
