I know that the rest of tarics kit is weak but holy crap his passive is probably broken.

Taric pretty much just needs to build armor and health and then he can 1v3 enemies. Armor charges his passives damage, which makes his basic attacks do a lot more and are quicker, but since each one makes his heal cd go down by 5s, and the cd is like 12s, Taric pretty much has unlimited damage, healing, and sustain by spamming q and W, which are very low CDs considering they're lowered by his auto attacks. Please make his heal CD increase because his passive is way too strong due to it making healing spammable, and the heal makes the passive proc. This may be confusing but trust me it's really overpowered and I hope gets looked at.
