Why is Riot nerfing Warlord's Bloodlust on patch 6.7?
Source: http://www.surrenderat20.net/p/67-pbe-cycle.html#balance
The warlord change is "Against minion, amount reduced to 25% from 50% for ranged champions".
What is the context behind this nerf?

Because
now it all makes sense....
To make it worse for lane sustain on ADCs.
Because life steal is actually to abundant in the game currently.
They need to stop making that keystone something life steal related and make it about making the enemy bleed or something.
When does spell vamp come out in a useful item? Just wondering.
The problem is ranged champions being unable to be harassed in lane due to this, they will drop to 20% health, and auto-attack a few times and get back to 40-50% pretty quickly, making the lane last longer than it should, this also makes an unfair balance in meele v. Ranged due to the ranged having a,lot more access to the minions to proc its effect and effectively them being able to harass/take harass without receiving punishment on their end, this isn't to say Riot doesn't want ranged champions to win, but they shouldn't have such an extreme advantage in lane for such reason. But one of the biggest problems with this is graves because of his high amount,of damage to minions the life steal on him is massive
Because it is OP as ^&%*
But most adc's take fervor or thunderlord's anyways. This nerf isn't going to fix the adc problem.
