Azir and Skarner Bug, and Sion and rammus bug interactions

I had a game i was skarner and there was an enemy Azir. Correct me if i'm wrong but Azir's ult still knocks back and makes it so no enemy can walk threw it correct?

I could. Not sure how it was happening maybe and interaction with W or other skills but I could freely pass threw his ult no problems. Its like it was an Icon or non solid object.

On rammus I noticed Sion becoming untargetable when i was close 2 killing him 3 times in a row. He wasnt using his ult but the player was clearly exploiting a glitch he had found with Sion. I'd be spinning towards him after he ran for that last 1% hp for the kill, and wham i simply spin in place. I litterly stopped moveing towards him and just spun.

Like I said it wasn't sions ult, it was something else he was doing and as far as i know only his ult makes him untargetable. The player in question thought it was funny, either he's using it in ranked on purpose to climb or had just figured it out that game either way, cheating is cheating. I for one don't condom nor put up with it and reported him so riot could check. Yes i do believe ever scriptor should be perma banned as well. Though since preseason 4, I've prob only ran into 1 or 2 of them.
