There is no denying it. It pains me to say this, but Bard has become horribly outclassed since preseason. Like, just before, he had the 8th highest overall win rate and now he's outclassed by off role champions. Why is this? What should be done? Does anyone else care abut Bard?

He lost alot of magic pen and thunderlords and now no longer brings that damage so it just shows how flawed he is.
