Im not a yasuo main but this is really annoying

So when you get like shiv and attack speed boots it doesnt give you the max q cooldown to 1.33 it gives you like 1.55 and if you dont go berzerkers its a 1.93 second cooldown I find it really annoying cause its like almost impossible to get your tornado off in a fight I rather have 10% less crict on shiv and 10% more attack speed like holy cow.
