It's ridiculous there is nothing that reduce shield compare to healing. Soraka has more counterplay than Janna Lulu or any tank abusing shield items on an ADC.
Shielding needs to takes skill like Lux W for exemple.

Lulu has no counterplay? The Pix shield doesnt have much value after mid game since even with Ardent and similar it can barely hold up versus 2s of combat

She has Healing knock up slow, attack speed buff shield damage increase and way way too much overloaded stuff in her kit.
Nanuk Pihoqahiak1 votesTroll post? Lulu's shield prevents almost as much damage as Janna's shield. The only difference is Lulu's has 10 percent less scaling, which barely matters when building traditional support as they don't get much AP. Otherwise, it shields the exact same amount.
