Riot, can you put more thought into your post titles?

I log into the client today and the first thing I see is "10 BANS LIVE IN NORMAL DRAFT". I got all excited and chose normal draft over ranked and guess what? 10 bans is not live in normal draft. I'm honestly wondering if you did this as an annoying joke knowing it would confuse people or if you somehow didn't realize that such a title would be incredibly misleading.
