When exactly are you supposed to roam for chimes, particularly in laning phase? I've tried him a few times and roamed when it seemed safe, and it was for the most part, but I just felt like I was even further behind in XP than normal as a support.

When heading back form base to lane, when low on mana collect chimes nearby, when going to make a play at mid lane take the path that gives u the most chimes, when warding, and thats all i can think of t the moment
