Remember those Garen buffs? Now you cannot cc Garen "Disable Reduced" in Urf

Can you disable Garen in URF? Why the heck you would disable SONA but keep Garen in it? Karthus at least you can buy Zhonya which is on a very low cooldown. Teemo you can at least abuse the red trinket. But Garen? Hello? This guy straight up 1 shot people with his double E and has by default a 60% damage reduction on his W.

Its PBE testing. They will buff Garen with being immune to cc. It will be healthy.
