Can the sweeping lens automatically upgrade to oracle's alteration at lvl 9 when at base?

Its so annoying to forget to upgrade the sweeper at lvl 9 when I'm trying to figure out what to buy as quickly as possible then leaving base forgetting to upgrade the trinket. I think it would be a nice quality of life upgrade since I don't see any reason why anyone wouldn't upgrade it as soon as possible when the opportunity pops up.

they serve different purposes one is for clearing/revealing in the immediate area and the other is for long range disables/reveals

I mean while we are at it I guess we should automatically buy a pink ward every back

No, I don't always want the upgrade, sometimes I want to sweep at a distance cause I don't have vision there and want to make sure there isn't anyone there AND check for wards at the same time.
