make locket and redemption actives unique

Being able to aoe heal/shield 700+ late game is kind of silly. Maw and Steraks used to stack with each other but the double shield was broken. Currently redemption + locket are pretty mandatory and crowd out other support items.

One is shield and the other is a heal that can be used after death they aren't the same thing at all. Support items need MORE choices, not less.

Not unique - you mean exclusive.
