I would. If I was designing a game, I would be very open and responsive to criticism. Also, I wouldn't let it get to the point where my playerbase would feel the need to lash out at all.

Yes but think about it from their point of view these guys are just here for the paycheck they can't make big decision's like that on their own either ( I think Tencent makes the choices but i could be wrong and even if it wasn't tencent then it would be the BIG CHEESE at riot hq not the little guys ) cut em some slack dude

To clarify on the whole Tencent thing: They do have most of the shares of RIOT (possibly all I think) but they have a "Hands off" policy about companies they have gained through this method.
