Riot please reconsider the armor penetration nerf to gangplanks powder kegs

The delay was enough it made kegs very clunky and difficult to use as well as cutting down on how hard it was to dodge them. this alone should bring gangplank into line, but the armor pen nerf was just overkill gangplank is still ok,but the armor pen nerf was very unnecessary. either revert the delay or revert the armor penetration nerf, or just increase it to 65% since kegs are much harder to use and very clunky and should be more rewarding to hit.
