Jungle Karthas
Is the most low risk. Most rewarding. Most uninteractive thing to ever exist in LoL.
To make matters worse, hes probably the best jungler in the game.
Get rid of this crap.

Get rid of this crap.
How, lower the cooldown on his q? Even if they did something like that his q would still have an incredibly low cooldown and so he would still be able to jungle. Increasing mana cost on e might help but jungle items give bonus mana regen in jungle and that would gut his early game laning as well. I don't think there is a way to "get rid of this crap."

There is. Reduce the damage game-wide, make assassins and (some) bruisers have to work for their kills rather than be free and Karthus will mostly go back to mid lane.
I mean there is a way to force a champ out if Jungle if Riot wants it.
It's happening to Camille who's E wont stun to jungle minions which will cause that she cant clear early.
If Riot wanted to remove Karthus Jungle they could always make his Q real less dmg to jungle minions.
I'm not saying that they should do it, but for the question "can Riot remove Karth Jng without nerfing lane Karthus"
The answer is yes, easily.
I think Funnel Comp was worse. :) Seeing Faker play Taric was one of the most disappointing things I could imagine...
Graves and lee sin are the best
